Pamlico Presbyterian Church has much to thank God for in the past year. Our church has enjoyed a full year of services, meals together, precious fellowship, and new attendees. We are very blessed!
On Thanksgiving Day many church members and guests gathered for a large meal in the fellowship hall. The table was long and festive:
Old and young gathered for the feast.
Dear friends sat together.
Families laughed and brought friends.
Smiles all around!
This year, some of our folks have survived illnesses and surgeries, and all of us endured a hurricane recently. But God has been with us, and we have supported each other.
Pastor Adam and friend Joe spent the morning cooking a 21-pound turkey and a large spiral ham, plus baking 90 dinner rolls. Other dishes were brought by our excellent cooks in the congregation.
In all, 19 thankful people gathered around the table this year.
Our hall banners display the church's gratitude to God each November.
Now we turn our thoughts toward Advent and the anticipation of celebrating the birth of Jesus, the Christ, the Savior of the world.
We wish you the happiest and most blessed of holidays this year. Thanks be to God!
